It seems directors were more nice than naughty in 2011, as none were named by MarketWatch columnist Chuck Jaffe when he handed out his annual Lump of Coal Awards in late December. While he focused mostly on fund managers and even the shareholders of one fund, Jaffe did call out the Securities and Exchange Commission for failing to rein in 12b-1 fees.
