OppenheimerFunds is in the process of putting a succession plan in place for its Denver board, as Chairman William Armstrong and another independent director prepare to retire. The board has a policy that requires directors to retire “no later than the last day on which the board member is 75 years of age.” Armstrong, who has served on the OppenheimerFunds board for 12 years, will turn 75 on March 16, 2012.
